Rebel11Six’s Office~With all the roles and ranks in the community who exactly is in charge of what? Well in this article I will break down the Chain of Command for the Network itself.
As you can see above we have the Executive Leadership which would be myself(Rebel11Six) and Magic at the top. Below us is where it gets confusing. We have 2 Councils that are right below us which are The Network Council and The Council.
The Network Council make up of all the Heads of each Network within RVG. Currently it is Moonlight Vibez(Angel of Darkness) and Rebel Vibez Mafia(Swampass2010). What this Council does is helps out with Network Decisions like keeping rules up to date across the network, coordinating massive events, and maintaining communication about huge decisions.
The Council make up the Team Leads of the Hub Staff as well as the Leads across the entire Network. Which are huge positions to hold. The Team Leads of Emberline helps post events for the entire network within the hub so they stay communicating with community leaders within the Network to make sure they are up to date within the server as well as on the website(in the future).
The Team Lead of Ironveil helps keep communication flowing across the network regarding moderator decisions. They are there incase the Head Moderator in each community within the network needs advice or someone needs to be network banned.
The Team Lead of Hexforge is in charge of our production like Graphics, Video Editing, Branding and Design. They help us keep our community looking amazing.
The Team Lead of Overcast are in charge of marketing. They basically work alongside Hexforge for recruiting and advertising purposes. They also help out with our social media to keep it up to date and for recruitment reach out.
The Team Lead of Nexus is our Discord Admin and Website Admin. They help with keeping the server well maintained and looking nice. They also help with the website by keeping all of our pages up to date as well as keeping the website active.
Together these positions make up The Council.
Moving on we have our Staff Team Members which is the core of our Staff. Each Team works under a Council Member and helping the team leads with tasks assigned to them.
Then we have the Pathfinders. These individuals get awarded this role once they have been active within the community long enough and reached a certain role in the progression ranks. These are people that have proven to be loyal and active members within the community. Once they get this role each Team Lead are look to these individuals in hopes to recruit someone to their staff team.
Community Progression works like a game. Each message you send, each reaction you give, and time spent in VCs help you gain XP to level up to your next role. Recruiting new members also add to your XP count. We will be raising the amount of XP given for each member recruited soon. Basically, everything you do in RVG could count towards your community progression.
So this is where we end the post for now. I will soon go over the Vibez+ Members as there are a lot of updates to give out on this amazing role which is given to those that boost the server.
