Rebel Vibez Gaming operates through several levels of leadership, staff, and community support. Every position has a purpose, and holding a leadership title means accepting responsibility for helping RVG remain active, organized, welcoming, and true to its identity.
FOUNDER COUNCIL
Guardians of the Generations
The Founder Council is a special legacy body made up of individuals who founded or co-founded a former generation of Rebel Vibez Gaming.
Unlike normal staff and leadership positions, membership on the Founder Council is not something that can be applied for or earned through promotion. It represents an individual’s permanent contribution to the history of RVG.
Responsibilities
- Preserve the history and traditions of Rebel Vibez Gaming.
- Provide historical context when major changes are being considered.
- Advise current leadership when requested.
- Participate in anniversary, legacy, and historical projects.
- Help document the stories of previous RVG generations.
- Protect the values and identity that have survived throughout RVG’s evolution.
- Serve as representatives of the generations they helped create.

The Founder Council is a legacy and advisory body, not the day-to-day command structure of RVG.
Membership recognizes what someone helped build without automatically placing them above the President or current operational leadership.

PRESIDENT
Leader of Rebel Vibez Gaming
The President is the highest active leadership position within Rebel Vibez Gaming and carries ultimate responsibility for the direction, structure, and health of the community.
The President establishes the vision of RVG while empowering the Vice President, Council, and Staff to execute that vision.
Responsibilities
- Establish RVG’s long-term direction.
- Oversee the Discord server, website, branding, staff, and major projects.
- Lead The Council.
- Approve major policies and structural changes.
- Make final decisions on escalated matters.
- Appoint Council and senior leadership positions.
- Represent RVG within the larger RVG Network.
- Maintain the identity and culture of Rebel Vibez Gaming.
- Ensure leadership remains accountable.
- Communicate major changes and plans to the community.
Council Status
The President leads The Council.
VICE PRESIDENT
Second-in-Command & Operations Leader
The Vice President is the President’s primary leadership partner and assists with the daily operation of Rebel Vibez Gaming.
The VP bridges the gap between vision and execution, making sure Council members and Staff remain coordinated and community initiatives continue moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily community operations.
- Coordinate Council and Staff activity.
- Track major projects and initiatives.
- Address operational concerns.
- Assist with Staff accountability.
- Help organize leadership meetings.
- Support community events.
- Serve as a point of communication between Staff and the President.
- Assume Presidential responsibilities when the President is unavailable.
Council Status
The Vice President is a permanent member of The Council.
NETWORK COUNCIL
Connecting the RVG Network
The Network Council is separate from the RVG Council.
Its purpose is to bring together representatives from the different communities and organizations operating within the Rebel Vibez Gaming Network.
This can include representation from communities such as Rebel Vibez Gaming, Moonlight Vibez, Dragonwake, and future Network communities.
The Network Council does not manage the everyday operations of RVG.
Responsibilities
- Represent individual Network communities.
- Maintain communication between Network leadership teams.
- Coordinate Network-wide events and projects.
- Discuss Network growth and expansion.
- Review potential Network communities and partnerships.
- Coordinate shared resources.
- Promote collaboration between communities.
- Address matters affecting multiple Network communities.
- Protect the reputation of the Rebel Vibez Gaming Network.
- Allow each community to maintain its own identity.

THE RVG COUNCIL
Executive Leadership of Rebel Vibez Gaming
The RVG Council is the primary internal leadership team responsible for helping operate Rebel Vibez Gaming.
Council membership is attached to specific leadership positions. Not every Staff member is a Council member, and holding a Staff position does not automatically provide a seat on The Council.

Council Responsibilities
- Discuss major decisions affecting RVG.
- Review proposed policies and structural changes.
- Oversee their respective areas of responsibility.
- Review community feedback.
- Coordinate major community projects.
- Identify problems and propose solutions.
- Support and develop Staff.
- Maintain communication between departments.
- Participate in Council meetings.
- Hold one another accountable.
- Provide the President with multiple perspectives before major decisions are finalized.
Council members are expected to be active, visible, communicative, and approachable.
A Council position is an active responsibility, not an honorary title.
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
COUNCIL MEMBER
Systems, Development, Branding & Administration
The Administrative Officer manages the technical and administrative foundation of Rebel Vibez Gaming.
With the removal of the Head of Marketing position, the Administrative Officer also takes responsibility for the technical and visual side of RVG’s brand presence.

- Server infrastructure.
- Technical troubleshooting.

Branding & Digital Media
- Maintain RVG’s visual branding standards.
- Oversee official logos and brand assets.
- Coordinate graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
- Maintain branding consistency across the website and Discord.
- Support social media graphics and digital assets.
- Assist with promotional videos and multimedia projects.
- Maintain organized brand resources for Staff and Network communities.
Council Responsibilities
The Administrative Officer represents technology, infrastructure, development, and branding during Council discussions.
CHIEF OF STAFF

Staff Leadership & Accountability
The Chief of Staff oversees the people who help operate Rebel Vibez Gaming.
Their focus is Staff activity, communication, development, expectations, and internal organization.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new Staff.
- Maintain Staff expectations.
- Track Staff activity.
- Conduct Staff check-ins.
- Address inactivity or communication concerns.
- Support Staff morale.
- Help resolve internal Staff conflicts.
- Identify staffing needs.
- Coordinate Staff opportunities and applications.
- Recommend promotions, role changes, or removals when appropriate.
- Ensure Staff have the resources necessary to perform their responsibilities.
Council Responsibilities
The Chief of Staff represents the Staff Team and internal Staff operations during Council discussions.
COMMUNITY LEADER

Community, Events, Recruitment & Outreach
The Community Leader is responsible for the member-facing side of Rebel Vibez Gaming.
With the removal of the Head of Marketing position, the Community Leader also oversees community promotion, recruitment, social outreach, and engagement campaigns.
While the Administrative Officer protects how the RVG brand looks, the Community Leader helps determine how RVG communicates and connects with people.

- Support member recognition.

Recruitment & Outreach

- Coordinate community advertisements.
- Oversee recruitment initiatives.
- Help Staff represent RVG in external gaming spaces.
- Develop community growth strategies.
- Coordinate partnerships with the appropriate leadership.
Social Media & Promotion
- Plan social media content.
- Promote RVG events.
- Develop promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate member and Staff spotlights.
- Promote major RVG milestones.
- Work with creators on community promotional opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Administrative Officer on graphics and branding.
Council Responsibilities
The Community Leader represents the members, events, recruitment, engagement, and public-facing community experience during Council discussions.
HEAD OF SECURITY
COUNCIL MEMBER
Moderation, Safety & Community Integrity
The Head of Security is the senior leader responsible for moderation and community safety within Rebel Vibez Gaming.
Adding the Head of Security directly to The Council ensures that moderation concerns and community safety have direct representation during leadership decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Security/Moderation Team.
- Train new moderators.
- Establish moderation procedures.
- Review serious member reports.
- Handle escalated disciplinary matters.
- Review appeals.
- Maintain moderation documentation.
- Identify recurring behavioral problems.
- Coordinate anti-raid and security measures with the Administrative Officer.
- Ensure rules are enforced consistently.
- Promote de-escalation and fair moderation.
- Protect member privacy when handling sensitive reports.
Council Responsibilities
The Head of Security represents community safety, moderation, rules, and member protection during Council discussions.
The Head of Security should also provide input when proposed policies could significantly affect moderation or member safety.
COMMUNITY MANAGER
STAFF MEMBER
Daily Community Operations
The Community Manager works under the Community Leader and helps manage the everyday member experience.
Responsibilities
- Encourage daily conversation.
- Post community engagement content.
- Help organize gaming nights.
- Assist with events.
- Answer member questions.
- Gather community feedback.
- Help new members become involved.
- Post reminders and community updates.
- Monitor overall community morale.
- Assist with member recognition.
ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER
STAFF MEMBER
Community Support & Developing Leadership
The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager and Community Leader with daily engagement and activities.
The position also provides an opportunity for Staff members to develop their leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with community conversations.
- Support events.
- Help welcome members.
- Post engagement activities.
- Assist with event reminders.
- Gather member feedback.
- Help with community projects.
- Fill in for the Community Manager when needed.
SECRETARY
STAFF MEMBER
Documentation & Organization
The Secretary helps keep RVG’s leadership and Staff organized.
Responsibilities
- Record Council meeting notes.
- Record Staff meeting notes.
- Document Town Hall discussions.
- Maintain meeting archives.
- Track action items.
- Organize internal documentation.
- Help update Staff information.
- Maintain leadership records.
- Follow up on assigned tasks.
The Secretary may attend Council meetings when needed for documentation but does not hold a Council seat solely because of the Secretary position.
SECURITY
STAFF MEMBER
Moderation & Member Support
Security members serve as RVG’s moderators and work under the Head of Security.
Responsibilities
- Monitor community spaces.
- Respond to reports.
- Enforce server rules.
- De-escalate conflicts.
- Document moderation actions.
- Assist members with concerns.
- Identify suspicious or disruptive activity.
- Escalate serious incidents to the Head of Security.
Moderators should never treat their role as power over members. Their authority exists to protect the community and maintain a positive environment.
GREET TEAM

Welcoming & Onboarding
The Greet Team provides new members with their first real interaction with RVG.
Responsibilities
- Welcome new members.
- Assist with onboarding.
- Answer common questions.
- Explain server navigation.
- Direct members to gaming channels.
- Promote upcoming events.
- Encourage introductions.
- Help newcomers connect with existing members.
