Staff Information

This page is where you will find all information regarding what is expected of you in each position.

President
The President is the one in charge of the Community. They oversee the entire community and maintains the Discord Server, website, etc. They make the last call for any new rules and regulations of the community.

First Lady
Helps keep the President in line and is the one who helps the President make important decisions within the community.

Vice President
The Vice President maintains day to day operations of the server and relays anything going on that the President needs to be aware of. The VP helps lead meetings with the Council and is the right hand man/woman of the President.

The Council
The Council consists of 4 chairs:
Chair 1: Administrative Officer
Chair 2: Chief of Staff
Chair 3: Head of Marketing
Chair 4: Secretary

The Council in its entirety are the decision makers of the community. They are expected to show professionalism at all times to lower members and follow the Code of Conduct at all times. They each work hand in hand with each other to make sure the community is taken care of.

Administrative Officer
The Administrative Officer is in charge of the entire server keeping things in order and up to date. This individual is also in charge of any events that come up as well as running contests.
Chief of Staff
The Chief of Staff, which is also known as Human Resources, is the person in charge of all Staff members. They are in charge of hiring staff members and the people within the server. This is the person you go to if you have a problem with another member or a staff member within the community.
Head of Marketing
Head of Marketing will be in charge of advertising the Community wherever/however possible. They will come up with new ways to advertise however they can. If you need ideas to help the community this will be the person to talk to. They also help come up with new events for the community that can help bring in new people.
Secretary
The Secretary helps take notes at meetings and publishes the notes to those that isn’t at the meeting. They also work alongside the Administrative Officer in keeping the channels and categories up to date.
Community Leader
The Community Leader must be able to exercise patience as they will be called upon to make many tough decisions that will affect the members in the Community. They are in charge of setting up and overseeing Community Events, Game Events, etc. They will help set up Town Hall Meetings, weekly Events, etc.
Deputy Community Leader
The Deputy Community Leader is an appointed individual that the Community Leader has picked to help take off some of the jobs from them. They will also help set up Weekly Events that will be approved by the Community Leader and take on any other tasks given to them by the Community Leader.
Security
Head of Security
Head of Security is the individual that is in charge of recruiting for the Security Team. They are trusted to seek out trusted people to uphold the Code of Conduct to defend the server from raids, bots, trolls, etc. They must act accordingly at all times.
Security
The Security are the Moderators of the Discord Server. They are in charge of maintaining order within the server. They are the ones trusted to uphold the Code of Conduct among members. If someone breaks a rule they are trusted to handle it at their level. If they cannot they must report up to the Head of Security.

Greet Team
The Greet Team are the members that are in charge of welcoming our new members into the community helping out all of the new members that join this wonderful community. They help the transition into this community simple and easy while answering any questions the new members may have.

Founding Members
These are the first people to join the server when we first opened.
Members
The body of Rebel Vibez Gaming. Members are the ones that make up the Rebel Vibez Gaming Community. The reason we are here.

Website Team

President

The President is simply the guy in charge of everything. The President will uphold the utmost professionalism and respect towards everyone at all times. If something goes wrong he will refer to The Administrative Officer.

Administrative Officer

The Administrative Officer is in charge of all post’s and pages on the site. This individual is in charge of the site and keeping all information up to date on the site. The Administrative Officer will be in charge of reporters and will work side by side with the Chief of Staff to maintain the staff page.

Chief of Production

The Chief of Production is in charge of making the site look professional at all times. This person will need to know how to make graphics and coding to keep the CSS up to date.

Graphic Designers

Graphic Designers will be in charge of making graphics for the site and can help out with graphics for any members within Rebel Vibez Gaming.

Historian

This individual is the expert of our history here at Rebel Vibez Gaming. They will maintain our History page and do articles of our past to help keep our history alive and how we got to where we are now.

Head Reporter

The Head Reporter will be in charge of all reporting and make sure that each post is newsworthy and matches up to our agenda here in Rebel Vibez Gaming. If the Head Reporter see’s one of the reporters slacking they will notify the A.O.

The Reporters

The Reporters will be reporting on anything they can find gaming related. They can post about guides, walkthroughs, upcoming games that interest them, etc. They must report to the Head Reporter before posting.
