4. A member is using inappropriate language in chat, they are not co-operating with your commands, what do you do and say?
5. You see a member is trolling another member in the chat, and they are refusing to stop, what is your response?
6. A user joins the server, acts normally and is kind, however after a while they start spamming the chat with inappropriate chants, what do you do and say?
