Part 1: Launch

The build up to Cyberpunk 2077 had a lot of hype and was first annouced in May of 2012 and the trailer was not released until January 2013 and was confirmed for Windows OS, and was confirmed for Xbox One and Playstation at E3 in 2018. The game was initially supposed to release on April 16th 2020, and was then pushed to September 2020, then was delayed again and set to release November 19th 2020, but was delayed one last time to December 10th 2020, and had a lot of bugs unless you were on a high end Windows computer or a high end gaming console (e.g. Xbox One X or Playstation 4 pro or newer)

Part 2: Character Creation

There are two character pronoun options: Female V (stands for Valerie) and male V (stands for Vincent)
You can also mix and match the genitalia and genitalia details (size, hair, and other features)
One of the more unique features that the games customization offers is “Cyberware” which is a wide variety of physical and mental implants some examples are:
-Robotic arms
-Optical enhancements

In order to acquire these you can go to “ripper-doc clinics” found around the map.

Part 3: My Opinion

This game has come so far since it’s rushed and delayed launch.
This game has a fantastic story with hundreds if not thousands of individual outcomes, and there are six different endings to the game.
You can build relationships, romantic and platonic, build up trust with your right-hand person, choose to stay loyal to your lover or have a simple one-night-stand. Exspect to lose allies and enimies along the way.
I love how much detail was put into this game in everyway. This games story has unexpected twists and turns every chance it gets, it’s great at tugging at the heart strings, and the voice acting is a great representation of what the voice acting standard in AAA games should be.
Another detail I thought was cool was how well it ties in to the Netflix show “Cyberpunk: Edgerunners” a few characters apear in both the show and game, and you can even find weapons and apparel from the show which takes place before the game.
